By activating the MyTiscali widget, you will have the ability to view minutes, SMS and data consumption included in your mobile plan directly on the main screen of your smartphone.

Tiscali mobile network customers can:

• Access information about their tariff plan and offer status
• Verify the detailed traffic for the last 60 days and administrative information
• Access personal and contractual information
• Recharge and view recharge history
• Find the nearest Tiscali stores
• Access customer support for direct communication with customer service

Tiscali fixed network customers can:

• Access information about their active offer and additional services
• Verify the detailed traffic for the last 60 days and administrative information
• Download PDF copies of their latest invoices
• Manage personal details, including address for invoice delivery
• Find the nearest Tiscali stores
• Access customer support for direct communication with customer service

Clicking on the widget will directly access the app. The MyTiscali app works on both 3G/LTE and Wi-Fi networks. Please note that additional charges may apply for international data roaming.
